Hassle Free Return Procedure
Returns are easy, and for most returns there's no need to contact us. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of your merchandise. Our return policy is hassle-free: all you need to do is to simply ship the merchandises with the original invoice back to us at:

Please note: Invoice MUST be included with return merchandise or your return may be rejected. You are responsible for the shipping fees when you return for replacement or exchange. In the case of a return you will receive a refund for the original price less 15% restocking fees and shipping costs.
When Will My Order Arrive?
When you will receive your order depends on where you live. Destination Shipping Options Transit Time Within USA Standard Shipping 2 - 6 business days. Please keep in mind that our shipping partners (UPS, Airborne Express and FedEx, etc.) are closed on weekends and national holidays. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. We use Postal Priority Mail or UPS Ground for Standard Shipping. The transit time will vary by destination.
When will my credit card be charged?
When you check out your card will be processed immediately using our state of the art 100% secure check out.

PHI Beauty will accept checks made payable to Commercial Bargains Inc. Checks must be in US dollars and drawn from a US bank. Please be sure to include a note inside with the money order or check letting us know which item it is for.
Sales Tax
No Sales Tax will be collected (except for shipment to a Wisconsin address).

If your order is being sent to a WI address, a sales tax of 5.6% will be collected. Your order will be shipped out at PHI’s WI warehouse, we recommend that you choose Standard Shipping, you should receive your order within 1 - 2 business days.

How can I buy multiple quantities of an item?
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Quantity" box. Be sure to click the "Update" button to confirm your changes.
How do I remove items from the Shopping Cart?
If you wish to remove an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, click the trash can icon.
Does the total displayed in the Shopping Cart include shipping and taxes? Yes, the total includes the cost of the items, shipping and tax. This is total amount you will pay for this order.
After I've added items to the Shopping Cart, how do I check out?

What should I do if I received a damaged product?
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent damage during transit, however, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these important steps if there appears to be any damage:
  1. Quickly contact your local UPS Carrier, Airborne Express or USPS for a Damage Inspection Report.
  2. Request that UPS, Airborne Express or USPS return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the merchandise yourself. This may delay your reorder or credit.
  3. In the event you do receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to customerservice@phibeauty.com Please note, vendor policies for handling defective merchandise will supersede PHI’s policy.
International Orders (outside USA)
PHI is a US-based company, we are currently able to ship worldwide. International orders are normally shipped via USPS Airmail. Transit time varies from country to country, typically within 2 - 9 working days.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
